At gamefowlsupplement.com, we are committed to providing high-quality chicken supplements to support the health and productivity of your poultry flock. Due to the nature of our products (animal nutrition supplements), we have specific return guidelines to maintain safety and quality standards.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging with all labels intact.
  • The product must not have come into contact with any poultry, animals, or feed environments (for biosecurity and contamination reasons).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Perishable or opened supplements are generally non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Duties and import taxes are not included and may be assessed upon delivery. Packages returned to the origin due to non-payment of these charges are not eligible for a refund.
  • Opened or partially used containers 
  • Products that have been exposed to poultry or contaminated environments
  • Customized or promotional bundle items (unless defective)
  • Items returned without original packaging or in unsalable condition
Refund Process
  1. Contact us at customercare@gamefowlsupplement.com or through your Shopify account within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return shipping instructions (if approved).
  3. Ship the item back to us at your expense unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund Types
  • Full refund: For defective products, shipping damage, or wrong items shipped by us (we may cover return shipping in these cases).
  • Partial refund or store credit: For change-of-mind returns that meet eligibility (we may deduct original shipping costs).
  • Refunds do not include original shipping and handling fees unless the return is our fault.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for the same or similar products if stock is available. Contact us to discuss.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping).
