gamefowlsupplement.com ships chicken supplements from the Philippines to customers primarily in the United States. We strive to fulfill orders quickly and provide transparent delivery expectations.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  (Subject to change due to products availability)

Shipping Methods and Rates (to US)
We ship via reliable international carrier DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days . (varies by location).

International Shipping Note
While we focus on US customers, we may ship to select other countries. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient (not included in the shipping cost). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Address
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Deliveries to PO Boxes are limited.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated times, international shipping can experience delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Contact us if your order is significantly delayed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Risk of Loss

Payment Information
